softbolt respects copyright. if you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

1. your physical or electronic signature
2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. the URL or location on softbolt of the allegedly infringing material (our R2 storage uses human-readable paths like audio/{handle}/{album-slug}/01-track-name.flac to make this easier)
4. your contact information (address, phone, email)
5. a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner
