working draft — final terms under legal review. these are the operating principles that will be reflected in the v1 ToS.

• artists own their masters. by uploading, you confirm you own or control the rights to the recordings you publish. labels and distributors cannot upload on behalf of artists.
• no AI-generated music. human-made only. accounts found uploading AI music will be terminated and refunded.
• subscribers are the artist's. we will never use an artist's subscriber list for our own marketing or sell it to anyone.
• 10% platform fee. deducted from subscription revenue before payout. stripe fees pass through at cost.
• termination. either party can end the relationship anytime. we will not hold your audience hostage.
• governing law. united states. specifics in the final document.
